Focus: Harmonizing the architectural design with local fire safety requirements.
Safety and an open sense of space: From the waiting area at the welcoming reception, visitors would never guess the layered construction of the soundproof fire-resistant glass, which offers a stunning view of the former Café Kranzler.
The concept included not only new meeting and open-workspace areas, but also a spacious communal kitchen at the heart of the office. Enclosed by floor-to-ceiling windows made of acoustic glass, it allows for the preparation of elaborate meals without losing contact with colleagues.
Thanks to the thoughtful orchestration of the design and fire-safety measures, incorporating safe, high-quality materials, the new Knight Frank office brings a sense of relaxed understatement to Kranzler Eck.
