BAZE Business Center has opened its second location in Hamburg: at Vespucci Haus, directly opposite the Elbphilharmonie.
For AME, creating a pleasant working atmosphere in the premium economy segment together with the client was a key priority. This is an important prerequisite for productive and focused work, including in shared spaces such as the lobby.
Various alterations, such as removing walls, modernizing the sprinkler system, and installing cooling cassettes, have transformed the space into an environment for productive minds. In a short period of time, approximately 480 sqm of office space was brought up to the latest standards.
At Vespucci Haus, BAZE offers lifestyle and quality in a central location at an attractive price. Fully furnished and air-conditioned offices ranging from 14 to 32 sqm. For creative breaks or company events, the new location also offers furnished Fleet terraces.
